come up with, put off, figure out, run into, end up. Example: I ran into an old classmate and we ended up talking for an hour.
Play one sentence, pause, repeat it out loud, then record yourself and compare. Five minutes a day trains your mouth and your ear.

One phrase a day. Use it in a sentence of your own before the day ends.
